One-Time Purchases
Orders placed as a one-time purchase cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. If you need help with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nimaorganics.com.
Subscriptions / Auto-Delivery Orders
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
Once a subscription order has renewed and begun processing, it can no longer be cancelled.
To manage your subscription, use your customer account portal or contact us at hello@nimaorganics.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been billed, shipped, or are in transit.
