Refund policy

At Nima Organics, we stand behind the care and integrity that goes into our products. Due to the nature of our formulas and for health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns under limited conditions.

Returns for Unopened Products Only

We accept returns only for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging, and within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The product must be completely sealed, unused, and in resellable condition

To request a return, email us at hello@nimaorganics.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the product (excluding shipping) within 10 business days if approved.

No Returns on Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles under any circumstance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the product price only (not including shipping costs).
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you're in the EU, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
