Shipping policy

At NIMÀ Organics, every order is prepared and shipped from our small warehouse in Switzerland. We operate in small batches and handle each package with care to ensure it arrives safely.


Pre-order Processing

Pre-orders are shipped within the estimated dates provided for each batch.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.


Order Processing

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way.


Taxes, Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to VAT, customs fees, import duties, or other charges depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs delays, additional fees, or extended transit times caused by the carrier or destination customs office.
